1.What is your article about? This article is about the Metropolitan Transportation Authority reported Monday that the new payroll tax — 34 cents per $100 of payrolls in the agency's 12-county service area — was under-running projections by about 20 percent, or $200 million.
2.Why did you choose it? I choose this because paying tax on stuff us the people use is important tax on the house cars everything we use to survive. We dont need taxes to go up either stay or go down.
3.Do you agree with what's happening in the news item you chose? No because we dont need the tax to go up we are going through enough stuff with the way the economy is today so no we should try and fix the problem.
