Yes and no because its good that less people are getting laid off but its not good because it is not helping the unemployment rate.

Charles, You chose a great article with a lot of good information, not to mention good news about the state of the economy. I wish your summary had reflected more of that. Also, why do think the information was provided in "a good way"? Why is it believable?
