Leo, You didn't leave a link, so I went to the Times Herald Record and searched MTA tax and came up with a two-paragraph item from Dec. 10. I assume that's the article -- and I use that term loosely -- you chose. I think you're bright enough to figure out why you're getting the grade I'm giving you for this, which makes your laziness even more unfortunate and wasteful.
