I choses it because the stock market went down. In the Dow Jones industrial it went down 83 points also the dollar gets 1.2% with the euro and yen. The stock market had to go up but some how it didn't.

Brian, This was a very technical article. I agree that it was fair, since it was mostly facts and figures. But do you agree with the stock market going down? That's mostly what the article was about. I also didn't understand your sentence, "The stock market had to go up but somehow it didn't."
