Rachel, As someone who insures 2 boys under 25, I agree with you that teens are punished too much as a group. The item you picked, though, isn't so much news -- there's nothing happening or changing in it -- as general information, and I don't know how old it is. I certainly understand why you're worried about paying for insurance (my kids did pay for their own cars) -- did you read the last sentence of the article?
