A billionaire Harold Hamm from Oklahoma is going back into north dakota bakken with a new drilling program. he believes that Continental Resources will increase next year's capital budget to $650 million and expects to have 23 drilling rigs deployed by the middle of next year. He found that horizontal and fractional drilling techniques are more economical. And found out that people like natural gs better.

Kathleen, You're right about the article -- at first I thought it was just something about some obscure company nobody every heard of, but it did become interesting. I do wish you had included more of what made it interesting in your summary, especially about the huge amount of oil in North Dakota and how new technology has made it easier to get to.
